I am posting weekly results of my Ripped in 30! It keeps me motivates plus I want to see if anyone else sees results after just a week or if i am just crazy! I could not figure out how to do the new collage feature in Photobucket so here are just the individuals! Before in grey, after in black! Yes I am aware my bathroom mirror is dirty! lol Oh and I lost 2lbs that week!

    Great job! This is motivating for me because I'm going to start Ripped in 30 as soon as the DVD arrives! I love before/after photos and yours show progress already after only one week!

    Great job - in 1 week. Holy cow - I got to get this! You can definitely see a difference in the side views - your tummy looks like it's gone down a bit, and also your back - your love handles have gone down a bit too. I'm being nice! I'm being honest. Great job.
