so today downtown toronto they were giving out slim tea I guess for promotion not even sure? does this really work?

    The only tea that will aid in weight loss is green tea or white tea, the rest is marketing. But to be 100% accurate any other tea that also has caffeine content will help at least a little bit, just not to the extent that green tea does

    dont drink slimming tea. it tasted horrible and it's actually a laxative that keeps you going to the loo
