Today I hit 55 pounds lost. When I started in January, I wore a 18W. Now I fit into size 12. It is so fun to go shopping now.

I have a bunch of new clothes and people at work tell me I'm like a fashion show because I am wearing something new all the time.

I still have about 30-40 pound to go, but it is better than the 90+ pounds I had to lose when I started.

YAY ME!

That is sooo awsome and encouraging!!!
  • What are you doing for exercise and eating? I am keeping a food diary but havent gotten past the ten pound mark. I also am so busy it's hard to find time to exercise. I have at least 30 pounds to go so I need help.

To be honest, I eat what I always have, but I measure EVERYTHING. I know exactly how much I am eating no matter what. It's all about portion control.

I started out walking on the teadmill for about 30 minutes, but now I can run about 4 miles in 45 minutes. It is hard to find time, but I try to do it right when I get home. I figure it's only 45 minutes, and instead of watching tv or just sitting on the couch, I can get up and workout.

    Good luck
