Does anybody (like myself) log when they chew gum in their food diaries?

The way I chew gum I should list it as an exercise! I do not log my gum because I chew sugarfree. If you are chewing regualr gum you should log it0

I chew Wrigleys 5 gum.
It is sugarless, but it has 4 Calories and 2g of Carbs per stick.
I dont think many people (epecially those like me who chew a lot of gum)
realize that there are Cals and carbs in it :P I believe it should be logged.0 -
i log it! but i'm a bit obsessive about logging... its so much fun!0

I log all my gum. I haven't found one that I like that is calorie and carb free. Atm, I'm chewing Extra professional (3 cals, 1 carb) because it's the only gum that still comes in sticks rather than chiclets.0

I don't log it unless I swallow it, which I rarely do.0

Nope. Even though there are calories in sugar free gum, I don't think its worth the trouble, in comparison with the rest of my diet.0

Well I think if you are going to log the calories then you should also log the 11 calories you burn in an hour of chewing gum. Over a year I think its something like 10 lbs you can burn if you are chewing constantly.0

I don't chew gum. i used to specifically to burn some calories and to (hopefully) work my face/jaw muscles to tighten up so I don't have a double chin.

I don't, but now that it is a subject, wondering if i should... because i sure do chew alot of gum.0
