I've been losing weight for about 2 months now. I've been religiously watching what I eat (with a few treats here and there) and going to the gym 5-6x a week. I can't take all the credit though...I've been meeting with a personal trainer 2 times a week and he has taught me SOOOO much! Soon I'll have to do everything on my own, but I know I'm ready and I really believe in myself. Today I tried on my old jeans, and all but a few pairs fit! I'm just so happy now! I've lost about 24 lbs so far (my official weigh in is tomorrow). Here's a few pictures...

This is one of those "is it worth it?" threads. Most decidedly, yes. You look amazing, and what's more is how you feel about yourself. I'm sure your confidence has risen to new heights. You have every reason to be proud. As they say, and it's true, "nothing tastes as good as thin feels"!!!0

I have to say - after I started working out, I felt so much better about my body (even when the changes were just how I FELT, not how I LOOKED) I sometimes ahve a hard time not just ripping my shirt up and sayign "OMG LOOK AT HOW GOOD I LOOK!' *laugh*0
