Between living on my own for the first time, a love of all things fried and cheesy, newly married and from Philadelphia (We love our carbs) I gained 50lbs in the past few years. The past few weeks I've been trying to eat healthier and making some meals at home. I've lost about 20lbs so far and just wanted to introduce myself! I want to be able to get back into being on a swim team and feeling sexy while wearing jeans.

    Thanks for the welcome!! Age isn't anything but a number (same as weight) it's who you are that matters :) it's nice to feel like I have a few friends on here now.
