2 Turkey Sausage Patties - 110 cals
1/2 T Wildflower Honey - 30 cals
Golden French Toast Coffee w/ 1 tsp creamer & sweetener - 35 cals

            Currently eating an apple and a boiled egg with a glass of water
  which reminds me I need to log my snack :bigsmile:                        0 - 
            Kraft cheese twist as a snack for 60 cals.0

            just finished off 200g of frozen strawberries, pretty chilly. (impending essay deadline calls for desperate measures with regard to healthy snacks...)

            strawberry yogurt sprinkled with shredded coconut - mmmmmm!0

            I had a Mexican Hot Pocket for Breakfast LOL! Not a healthy breakfast, but it killed a craving. And now I'm drinking some coffee.0

            my lunch
6 slices of lean ham
lettuce, cherry plum tomatoes, red pepper, yellow pepper, red onion(small) 1/4 of a cucumber
15ml malt vingar
2 rivita seeded cracker bread things with extra light philly with black peeper and sweet onion
it was lush and washed down with a tetley green tea (with blueberry)0 - 
            grits with cottage cheese and golden raisins, water and coffee0
 - 
            Egg whites with mushrooms, crumbled turkey sausage and 2 TBLS lowfat cheddar. With a little salsa to top it off. Yum0
 - 
            I have a horrible diet. I had a Nature Valley Sweet & Salty Nut bar and a AMP Sugar Free Lemonade for breakfast.
I like the Apple Crisp one's or the Honey and Nut ones
Same for me, I just grab whatever I see 1st. If not what I had above, I usually have a Kirkland Weight Loss shake.0 - 
            Protien Bar...Double Chocolate. And Green Tea, which I pretty much sip on all day.0

            I let myself have the nutella on toast i was craving.0
