Looking for advice/reassurance that I should be eating more. My diary is open for those of you that would like to take a look.

Seemed to have plateau'd yet again...

Thanks!

  • Don't be scared of eating too much, because if you eat the "right" foods, you'll be full for a longer portion of the day. Add as much fresh fruit and vege's to your snacks as possible and try to limit how often you use processed foods. Your last few pounds could be due to your daily sodium intake. Remember, it's not how much "you" use, but the amount in the foods that are already prepared or made by others.

Vary your mealtime calories. Have something different for breakfast at least 2 days a week. It has been said that your body will become accustomed to having a set amount of calories to burn if you keep eating the same thing or calorie amount daily. That's the same reason we change up our workout routines and schedule. Do something different and your body has to adjust to the change.

I try to have a salad daily, as that may be my only chance of getting my vege's and when I get tired of salad, I put it on my dinner plate and place whatever is for dinner on top of it. That way, there's more salad than the main dish and sides.

Do you really drink only that much water?
try increasing your water intake and try some green teas and add more fiber and soups in your diet
When I was stuck these things helped me alot and it started moving all over again after 6 weeks :DGood luck

No! I forget to log it a lot. I sit at a desk all day and usually fill up about a 20 ounce metal bottle at least 3 times a day. Now weekends I have a hard time drinking enought aqua.

    Thanks for your advice!!

I only have maybe 15 lbs left to lose although 20 would be amazing. I know it's going to be slower now. I just am so frustrated. Thanks for your advice and I shall buy salad fixins this weekend!
