I ate a pork pie from our local farm shop. really naughty, really unhealthy but utterly delicious.
Considering I used to eat them on a bi weekly basis with chips! (before MFP) and now it is a cheat food once every few months and I have accounted for in my cals and logged it I suppose I shouldn't feel so guilty....... but I do. :ohwell:0 -

I had an organic whole wheat mini bagel with 1Tbsp reduced fat cream cheese and 1 oz rosemary ham, a small banana, an 8oz glass of fat free milk and a cup of peppermint tea. Yum!0
