Ok here is the latest one. Going on the brave side and showing no shirt as well so be nice, LOL.
Last August was my heaviest at 214lbs and today I was 158.6 My goal weight is about 145 but we will see as I get closer. I really am hoping to see those things people call ab muscles one day. :-)
I am getting your too skinny and you need to stop losing, well I want to look good with my shirt off as I do with it on!

    Thanks! It really does feel amazing, I am just so close. Those last 10 lbs or so on my stomach and I can't wait.
