I take a standard woman's multi-vitamin. Though I'm considering adding or replacing it with Athletic Greens. I have been reading the Beyond Diet information and this is highly recommended for getting veggies and vitamins. Unfortunately, I don't like many fruit and don't have enough veggies so I think this may be a good option for me. It is pricy though so I'm still considering it. If anyone takes this or knows of it, please post some info ... does it taste good? did you feel any improvement/difference after taking it? etc.0

I'm in Australia so my personal one won't be of any use to you... but I DID take a long time picking the right one. The one I'm using is made locally, without preservatives. The freshness of your product has a lot to do with how potent it is. Spring a few bucks extra for a high-quality one from a health food store. The staff are generally helpful, and their products are generally fresher than your grocery/pharmacy.0
