For those who are starting their fitness journey,

What are some staple foods for a first time grocery trip?

    Tons of frozen veggies
    Frozen fish(either tilapia filets or salmon burgers)
    Amy's microwave entrees for work
    Arnold thins
    Eggs
    Silk organic unsweetened soy milk
    Extra lean ground turkey
    Tomato sauce or diced tomatoes
    Tofu
    Jasmine rice
    Miscellanous produce(lettuce, onions, bananas, avocadoes, etc...)

    For me it's seasonings, lean meats (turkey, chicken, lean beef, shrimp, etc), frozen precut onions and bell peppers, and DEFINITELY Luna bars.

    Eggs, turkey bacon, and cream cheese too. :P
