Operation man tit removal in process. 9 weeks into my squishy-fat-guy transformation. Maybe my genetics aren't as bad as I assumed? Noobie gains are fantastic!
Weight -- 238 lbs
Bodyfat -- ~30-34%
Current lifting stats (sets of 10)
Benchpress -- 155lbs
Overhead Press -- 100lbs
Calf Raise -- 240lbs
Curls -- 75lbs
Squats -- 135lbs
Stiff-legged deadlift -- 100lbs
Bent Over Row -- 100lbs
squats/deadlifts/rows were new to me. I started them about 2 weeks ago, and started low to be on the safe side. I should have never avoided free-weight squats.

Wow! Great transformation. I'm a big guy myself so I know how much work you're doing. Looks like we have/had the same problem areas.
Congratulations and I'll be keeping my eye posted on here for more success.
You're doing it dude!0 -
the only thing I would suggest is dropping your reps to no more than 8 per set (preferably 5-6) and increase the weight. Just a suggestion as many beginning strength routines aim for 3x5 or 5x5 (sets and reps)0
