May Challenge 5 plus pounds ~~GREEN~~

Mean Green Losing Machines, let's communicate here until our group discussion board starts working.

How are you doing with your water intake today? I've already had 7 cups and there is still plenty of time left in the day. I had a little too much sodium yesterday so I'm drinking extra water today.

Did you get a workout in today?

Can't wait to drop some pounds with you all!!

    Finally... I have been waiting lol. Cant let the other teams beat us. So my biggest challenge to myself is to work out more. I want to hit the gym 5x a week plus walk my yellow lab daily
    starting weight 202
    current weight 187
    would love to be by the end of May 179
    goal weight 160 ( I would like to be lower but I havent weighed that my whole adult life so that is my first ultimate goal)
    I am 5 ft 7

    And my join date is wrong . I have only been at this 6 weeks or so , hmmmm

    Hi Im here!!

    My current weight is 183 and I need to loose 50lbs in a year for my family holiday in May 2013.
    My aim is to start 30 day shred when it arrives in the post!!

    I did really good eating yesturday and I managed to drink my 8 glasses of water. However I did not manage to get a good work out in. All of that water made me not want the diet pepsi which is good, the headache I got was not so good. I will try to "make up" that work out today. Go Green. Good luck guys!!

  • so it seems that other teams have tons of people, i was wanting to join the Green team, seems like the Underdogs! i am 5'1 and 165 ponds. i want to be back to 130, but i'm determined to lose ten pounds this month! even if i go at it alone, i just had my baby 8 weeks ago and i gained almost 50 lbs. now i gotta get rid of it, and fast! i really wanna wear a bikini this summer.

    My goal is to lose about 7 or 8 lbs this month. I've been doing good on my water intake and I've stayed below or right at my daily calorie goal. However, I really need to focus on incorporating a more consistent work out routine. I've also had some things going on in personal life and I tend to be an emotional eater so it's been a challenge trying to keep that under control but I'm determined to do it!!

    Morgan, this is actually a closed group. We have 11 members on our team we just haven't all made it here yet. :) There are many challenges that are open on the Motivation and Support Board.

  • hey all! Sorry its been a crazy start for me! MY daughter plays rep baseball and I am head of the fundraising so I might not be able to chat everyday but I promise I will log my food every day and weigh in every week! :-)

    I would like to have at least 5-10 lbs off me for may!!! GO GREEN!

    We got this and I am soo excited about the goal! I plan on working out tonight! Finally got a free night (ZUMBA here i come!!) And the baseball moms have all decided to walk for the tracks when our girls are practising. Why not right? The practise is 2 hrs long so we could at least take advantage of the time! :-)
