Today's challenge: Crunches

Let's see if we can do 200.

Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.

Remember: The new rules are do as many as you can in the first set then do the rest how ever many you want at a time.

Do them the hardest way that you can and practice proper form instead.

You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

My challenges are open to anyone and you can log these as calisthenics if you like.

    I got 51 sit-ups and 201 crunches focusing my lats.

    I just did 50 sit ups, felt it near the end!! its a start for someone who hasnt done sit ups in nearly 6 years
