I take plain or vanilla greek yogurt and add protien powder to flavor it.
makes for very high protein, and its delecious.
but I have to say my fav high protein food is steak... a good steak cooked rare (as all beef steaks should be) is amazing.
a distant second is chicken, just because its so damn versatile. You could have chicken everyday for a year and never eat something that tasted the same twice.0 -

I know muscleheads have been doing this forever, but I just today tried adding vanilla protein powder to my morning oatmeal strawberry and flax seed combo. It was delicious! And made for a 35g protein breakfast.0

Well, my fav is fish, but since you've already mentioned that I'd go with lean non-chicken meats, eggs, nuts, tofu and greek yogurt.0 -
