My wife has been working out for about a year. She is a graduate of p90x lean and had lost 20lbs while doing it. She fell into a little slump and gained 10 of the 20 back. I got on board using this program. My wife and I have been doing p90x lean for one month. But this time, she is having a hard time dropping the weight. We are working out 6 times week and sticking to our calorie intake that myfitnesspal gave us. Can anyone help me figure out why she isnt dropping any weight. thanks.

Is she eating enough? Using a tape measurer? Scales sometimes lie.0

MFP told me to eat 1200 calories a day, I lost nothing and gained. It wasnt enough. She need to eat more. Look at the other posts on here for a better equation to figure your/her calories a day.0

Try switching it up a little. Run one day, lift another and then do the P90X. Get rid of the scale and get a tape measurer. Also, get a food scale, this site isnt very good with cals lost and eaten.0

Is she eating her exercise calories back? If not, that could contribute to eating to little.0

This! I havent done P90x but Insanity and if they are anything alike 1200 calories is not enough. Simply put she should eat her TDEE - 15% to loose weight. Plenty of calculators online for this. I also suggest checking out the Eat More to Weigh Less group on here. It explains all this more fully. I also want to suport checking measurments. Good luck. Feel free to message me with questions.

make sure she is eating her exercise calories, and mix up the routine so your dont get used to doing the same thing all the time.0

She probably needs to eat more. Also she should take pictures and measurements so she can look at those instead of the scale. I'd say take new pics and measurements every month or so.0
