Polar FT4 vs. FT7 vs. FT40

I need help deciding which HRM to go with...any suggestions from people who use the Polar brand?? Im looking at the FT4, FT7, and FT40. I mostly want to track calories burned but possibly some other features if they will help me to lose weight and inches. I don't know much about them. Thanks!

    I don't mean this to sound snarky, but check out Polar's web site to see a comparison chart. You can also look at heartratemonitorsusa.com for comparisons.

    yeah I did look at the web, but I kinda just want some opinions from people who use them. I'd like to know if anyone wished they had gone with one or the other after the fact for any reasons. Thanks

    I have the FT4 & for the most part it does the job. I just can't reset the heartrate to what I want, but i think it's the more economical one. Good luck!

    I have the FT7. I ordered mine from Amazon for $80, and I'm very happy with it. The calories burned definitely seems more accurate then MFP.

    FT4 here as well. It does the job. I'm very happy with it. Hit the sweet spot for me as far as price and features.
