Just got my Kettlebell!

I'm totally new to Kettlebells so I'm wondering if anyone on here uses Kettlebells and has had success with them. I've been looking at Youtube videos and it seems so much fun! Do you have any DVD's that you can recommend? Thanks everyone! :bigsmile:

Oh and I got a 15 lb Kettlebell!

    I love my kettlebells. I have 8pound, 10-pound, and 35-pound. I have a few workout dvds to ues- Jillian Michaels shred it with weights & Bob Harper.
    My favorite thing right now is the 10,000 swings in 30 days. Look it up on google

    I haven't used gloves yet but may look into getting some in the near future. You should check it out :) I have some friends that did the challenge- it really toned them up. I haven't used free weights ever since I bought my KB. I love them :)

    OH MY GAWD! 20 minute kettlebell workout and I feel like I'm going to pass the hell out! I am in love! :)

    Lauren Brooks- look on youtube. Get the form down so you don't hurt yourself (I did)

    Jillian and Bob Harper do great workouts- but have extremely poor form with kettlebells.

    Thanks for the tip! I'm definitely only starting with the basic moves to get the form down before starting anything too crazy and fast! There are a couple RKC instructors around here that I might contact to help me out! :)
