So basically the video just talks about "IIFYM" which stands for 'If It Fits Your Macros" dieting
As long as you know what your macros (carb, protein, fat) and calories are, you can mix it up a bit
with the types of food that you eat, at the end of the day, your body only recognizes food as
protein, carb, fat etc etc.
PS: nick wright cuts fat/weight at 2500 calories.
