Healthy Choice minus dessert: How much to deduct?

Hi All,

This afternoon I had a Healthy Choice Chicken Parm ( https://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/update_servings/11200447 ) but threw the dessert in the trash uneaten. Now I'm not sure how to log the food. Any thoughts?
