Whole Wheat Pasta With Tofu & Baby Spinach

Boil a handful of whole wheat pasta according to the decorations . I used Healthy Harvest Spaghetti noodles . While the noodles boil in a frying pan drizzle Olive Oil , and set to low-medium heat . I used 1 cup of cherry tomatoes and cut each in half and put that in the frying pan . Then I put 1 serving of Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu already cubed into the frying pan . Add a handful of baby spinach leaves and sprinkle basil over the food . Cook it down until the tofu is slightly brown , and pour ontop of the noodles . Sprinkle with what ever cheese you like , I used Feta . Enjoy !
