Hey - I'm actually posting this so my friend can find me and add me as a friend! But, while I'm here I want to say how psyched I am to find this site. I've only been on it for about a week and I already lost 3 lbs just be being more contientious of what I am eating. The site is makes it very easy to tabulate what you eat and makes you more aware.
