I got this recipe from a coworker and made some adjustments.
1 zucchini chopped
1 bunch of spinach chopped
3 red potatoes
2 bay leaves
2 celery stalks chopped
1 medium white onion chopped
1/4 tsp of basil
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tsp sea salt
3/4 cup dried split peas
4 cups vegetable broth
4 cups water
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Instructions:
1. Prep all of the ingredients then place in crockpot.
2. Set crockpot on high for 6 hours and you get a wonderfully fresh and delicious soup that fills you up and is full of phytonutrients to help immunity and nutrients that help with muscle building and repair after a work out.

Nope but I can. I think it's better to put it in your recipes because the brand of vegetable stock is going to differ from store to store.0
