I'm 6ft tall, weight increase/weight loss no one ever notices.
HOWEVER on the school run yesterday, no coat quite mild for a change one of the mom's exclaimed, '...wow you look hot....you've lost weight haven't you...you look amazing, so lucky...'.
Got on the scales this morning another 2ibs lost, that's 10lbs since January.
Whoah!
