I really need to increase my fibre intake, but don't know the best way to do it with the least number of calories and foods!
Anyone have any ideas?

or take a supplement I guess0 -
Eat lots of vegetables and fruit.0

More specifically lentils and red/navy/lima/pinto beans. Be careful though, too much and you'll get gassy0

Grandmas old stand by....prunes. Course they are now called 'dried plumes'. Lol...be careful! They are condensed fiber.0

grains, seeds, high fibre vegetables.0

Try this :

Eat the green stuff.0

cabbage, black beans, whole grain bread, whole grain pasta, whole grain rice, TRISCUITS! there are tons of high fiber foods. there are also supplements you can take. They make some yummy fruit chews, but I'm sure they're high in sugar along with the fiber...0

Bran. Flaxseed / linseed. Sprinkle on stuff.0

Check out www.gnufoods.com
They sell high fiber bars that are pretty good.0 -
of course more fruit, veggies and legumes. I have trouble getting enough fiber and take a supplement that is like a sweet snack - fiber gummies. they are in the store along with all the other fiber fiber supplements. There are some that are by Vitafusion - you can get on line also, and are a weight management also. I don't know how that helps, but they are sugar free. Target, Walgreens and on line Amazon.0

This. You can add a couple of teaspoons to your breakfast and you'll bearly notice it.
Although I have read it is best served grounded - so I have a pepper grinder filled with them!0 -
edit: read the question wrong.. haha0

veggies and legumes! If you don't mind supplements- Quest Protein bars , PureTrim Wellness Shakes, and Vemma Bod-e protein drinks. I use all three and love them!0
-
Fiber one yogurts, raw fruits and veggies too0

Some hemp powders (Nutiva) provide a ton of fiber and good protein. I usually mix it in a high protein shake. Veggies do a good job as you also get the benefit of adding other vitamins.0

Prunes are actually a naturally occurring laxative, so watch out! They don't contain that much fibre, but they do make you have to go!0
