Running out of steam…

…so I thought I’d make a list of what I’ve achieved so far Yesterday marked 50 days without binging, which is a big deal for me! I rarely went two consecutive days without gorging on chocolate and crisps, but now I’m learning to enjoy food properly again, and I don’t think I could go back!
I started off on 14th March 2012 at 11 stone exactly and have lost 11 pounds so far.
My belt goes a hole or two tighter than it used to.
I have a pair of jeans which I wore in February and to be quite honest, they cut me in two Tried them on last week and they’re uncomfortably baggy!
I tried on an old dress last night. I wore it out last September and it near constricted my breathing (after 20 minutes of trying to close the bloody thing!) I always had to pull it over my head as my hips were far too big for it to fit over…well, last night it fit over my hips and I didn’t have to inhale while I zipped it up and it was still loose!
I guess I just need to see it written down, so happy this is actually working!

It doesn't sound like you're running out of steam...it sounds like you're doing a great job. In fact a most excellent, double woot worthy, A-number one, fantastic job.
You will no doubt get to your goal in an impressive amount of time.0 -

Thats amazing hun, I am at the beginning, I can manage 2 weeks on plan then I fall off it I'm trying but for some reason that 2 week mark makes me fall apart. x0 -
That is so wonderful. Good for you to write it down it does seem to help to know it is out there somewhere. Binging is a nasty little bugger that sabotages us to no end. Way to go and keep being proud of this accomplishment!0

Thanks everyone! I think keeping track of the little things is what I need to keep going, if I didn't I could look in the mirror, see little change and pack it in when in reality, there is actually a lot changing that I just don't see day to day.Thats amazing hun, I am at the beginning, I can manage 2 weeks on plan then I fall off it I'm trying but for some reason that 2 week mark makes me fall apart. x0
