i know there are a million topics about 30ds so sorry for posting, just wanting to know what weights you ladies started with, whether you built this up during the 30 days & if so how heavy you ended up lifting whilst leaping around with jillian!

I use 3 lb weights.0 -
I started with 2lb weights in the 1st level and moved up to 3lb weights in the 2nd level, haven't gotten to the 3rd level yet.

the first few days i used 2 x 0.68kg now ive gone up to 2 x 1.13kg (im on day 10 of level one).0

all the way through used 2x1.5kg weights
finished it and lost 6lbs and 15.5inches
now on RI30

how are you finding ri30 in comparison to 30ds?0 -
I started with and still using 5 lb weights. I wish I started with 3 lbs but 5lbs were all I had lol. Some exercises it is hard( V raises in level 2lol), some way to light (chest fly level 1) and they rest it is just fine... Go with what works for you.0

thanks for your input ladies, the ones i'm using are really light (0.5kg/less than 2lbs) & think i might be ready for a challenge so i'll bump up to 1kg.
howeverrrrr i'm doing level 3 tonight so might wait til tomorrow
