Get on all fours, and kick your left leg back, return to all fours, kick right leg back. ect.0
-
glute bridges, squats, deadlifts-Ty0

Squats, lunges, deadlifts and all their variations! Seriously will give you the best booty ever, especially if you add challenging weights!0
-
Ok, so that brings another question. How many in a row do I do and how many sets?! What should I at least start with?!0

You will have to figure out a weight that works for you...depending on your strength you may want to start out using your body weight or very light weights and work up to heavy weights.
Stay between 3-4 sets of 12-20 reps.0 -
You can also try the donkey kicks with a resistance band to really feel the burn. I also LOVE glute isolation exercises. Think booty work hip hop dancing. It's HOT, your other half will loooooove it and it makes you feel so sexy. I do them on my knees and sitting on the floor with my legs spread.0

If you want to laugh your *kitten* off at what I do, you can, but it does help. First, I should say, I don't have much time to work out. I do 50-65 minutes cardio a day (15 min abs & 20min am dog walk - 30 intense at lunch) but between work, kid, and volunteering, I don't have time for much else so I work in what I can, when I can.
So here are some of my "on the go" solutions. When I'm in the car to/from work, and I'm at a stop light, I tighten my butt muscles for 60 seconds or time of the light. Since I drive 45 minutes each way through multiple stop lights in the morning and afternoon, it does quite a bit. And on days when I hit every light red, man does my rear hurt the next day. (and yes, we do have some long lights here in FL)
When I'm walking the dog in the morning (approx 3.5 miles per hour walk for 20 minutes), I kept my butt clenched as best I can for as long as I can. Nobody can tell I'm doing it, especially since I where I walk there is really no traffic.
Deep knee bends while I'm brushing my teeth. Don't know if this helps other than to keep me stretchy and I don't care. It's only like 2 or 3 minutes but I figure every little bit helps.
Disclaimer: My rear is not perfect but it's a lot more perfect than it would be without doing this stuff and I don't really have much cellulite at 42 yo. I can wear a bikini (it is florida and my son surf's so I'm at the beach a lot) and not feel like I'm grossing anyone out or that I'm ashamed of my shape.0 -

Oh Def!!! I'm eating well ( well, a lot better than i used to) and work out almost every day, even if it;s just a little but. But I need to do more weight training and I need to work my muscles more on top of weight loss. I want to drop weight of course, but I also want to be nicely toned once this fat is gone!0 -

Same here
Also to add, at home if I am working on the computer and got music going at the same time (something with a good beat), I "butt-dance": squeeze butt cheeks while sitting on the chair. LEFT-RIGHT-LEFT-RIGHT-BOTH-BOTH-BOTH... and repeat.0 -
