I often like to make my own pizzas for lunch. I used to use regular ol' pitas for the crust but so many are over 100 calories. I came across Joseph's Flax Oat Bran whole wheat pitas at walmart 2 weeks ago in the deli section. With only 60 calories, 2g fat, 4g fiber and 6 g protien it can't be beat! Now I can make my own personal pizza for 200 calories or less. Thought I would share with you guys!

Another trick I learned was to mix the cheese WITH the veggies and put that on top. I use half the amount I used to. I can make a veggie pizza, of which I could eat half a pizza (thats a 12 inch) for 600 calories. Now I am on a 2500 calorie diet, so that might be a lot more than some can go. But even 2 slices (1/4 pizza) is only 300 cals and its filling and delicious.0

I will have to use that trick! I'm pretty much a cheese addict and I really need to eat less of it0
