Okay this is hard for me - I dont share my weight - I just told my husband the other night and that was becasue I slipped and read the MFP "If everyday were like this one you'd weigh XXX in 5 weeks".
But I need to overcome this stigma to get the support and encouragement I need and want.
So here I go...

thank you for sharing i know that it is hard, when i started MPF the first time i weighed 315 pounds, i had to change profiles since then but because of the support on here and at home i am 238 right now you can do this it is just making right choices every hour of everyday. you can friend me if you want to. im just getting back in to weight loss after a head injury.0
