Getting stuck in a rut

Hiya - At the moment, all I'm doing is walking back and forth to work and the 30DS (On day 26 of level one - had a few hiccups on the way, so kept re-starting it!) - I don't feel like I've got anywhere doing it though, I don't feel smaller, and I don't think I look any different.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what else to do (Can't afford a gym, certainly not comfortable enough to go running)

Help would be appreciated :)

Thanks

    bodyrock.tv

    hulu.com has workout videos.

Go outside and go for a walk?

P90X always mixes things up for me. I like it.

Look for the Inside Out Collection from Bob Harper. It's 20 bucks on his website, and contains 4 DVDs (the non-collection DVDs are all 5 bucks each too). The workouts are longer (60 minutes or so), and not easy. You may also want to consider moving to the other levels in 30DS, to avoid boredom.

Personally, I also do yoga and pilates (you can stream off Netflix, YouTube, or buy some DVDs) in addition to strength training and a little cardio (all the strength work I do also does a nice job on getting the heart rate up).
