Help with cravings!

SOS to all the ladies out there. I am looking for advice on how to keep my cravings (I crave sweets bad!) at bay. Mostly I have bad cravings around the time I ovulate and then again at the PMS time. I could be so good all month long if it weren't for those darn hormonal changes! What are some of your best ideas on how to curb these cravings?

    Handful of almonds to ward off hunger and 2 Dove dark chocolate promises to satisfy choc. craving.

    i notice if i eat a lil bit of something im craving im okay or i try to make what im craving healthier if your craving chocalote trader joes makes some 100 calorie pack choclate in both milk and 70% dark

    If I'm not genuinely hungry but just have a sweet craving, I find that a fresca helps
