Is there a way to copy a meal from a previous day?

Good Morning,

Often I eat the same thing for breakfast or lunch every day. For lunch its usually a salad with a bunch of great fruits and veggies in it. Is there an easy way to just copy an entire meal from a previous day without making it into a recipe first? I have been just checking each food but sometimes I have a hard time finding that food again on my list to check so then I have to search for it again.

I thought I saw something once about copying a meal from another day. Thanks in advance for any help with this question.

Yes. QuickTools under the meal itself when using the browser version. Or the Tool icon when using iphone app.

The MFP app on the iphone allows you to click the meal name and select where to copy it to. It works for taking meals from friends diaries as well.
