I saw an advertisement for a trampoline aerobics workout at a trampoline park and wanted to get others thoughts. It looks like alot of fun as well as an awesome caloric burn. Has anyone tried this? Did you enjoy it? How hard was it to make it through the whole workout time?

It looks SOO fun. Except that they can be dangerous. Inside edition just did a special on it last week maybe-

I've been to one, although I didn't attend the aerobics class because the time doesn't work for me. Just jumping for 30 minutes with a friend was significantly more challenging than it was 15 years ago! (I'm 37.) It was a serious burn. I think I would need to go a few more times before attending the class, because I think 60 minutes would be tough. All that said, it is a really fun way to burn calories and mix it up a bit!0

Thanks for the link. I did watch it and I will take it into consideration. I think I am more concerned for my two kids that I will have in tow. Thank you again.0
