How do you add pictures to the forum?

Easiest way someone told me:

If you want to use a non copyrighted picture from anywhere on the web right click your mouse with the cursor over it.
That will bring up a window and depending on browser will have a line that says address or properties.

Point the cursor at the start of that and left click the mouse then sweep over it to highlight it...right click the mouse with the cursor over that and a window will open that has a line which says "copy",left click that.

Now in a reply box here type in the [ img] (no spaces) and then right click again.
The window that opens will have a line that says "paste",left click that and the copied words will be pasted in.
Then without any spaces end it with [/ img] and the pic should appear.
