I'm a new mom and looking to lose about 50 lbs. fitness pal seems to be a great program.I personally It's seems i personally struggle to eat right and exercise on a regular basis.I have a hard time finding the balance , because I work full time to. Any suggestions or words of encouragement from moms who have been where I am.

well that has happened to me and i have put my self back on the diet. I hit 24 fitness at 4am 4 days a week and do 3 class as well and eating healthy is a pain, but you will feel better. The first week is hard, but drink lots of water it helps with shrinking the stomache. I was once 220 and went down to 165, so if i could do it so can you.... Now i am 185 and want to get to 160-165 tone and happy.... working hard on that goal..... you can do it, just discipline yourself and you it will happen....0
