Surgery is the only way to get rid of sagging skin, unfortunately. Sucks, doesn't it?

Some of it does get better on it's own over time. The main thing I've found is to give your skin chance to keep up, if you lose the weight steadily instead of trying to lose huge amounts every week the result is much better.

My trainer said that since I'm pretty young (25) my skin will tighten back. They make firming lotions, and the best thing you can do is lift weights. Of course drinking water helps as well. I will never go under the knife for anything cosmetic, I don't think vanity is a reason to have surgery personally. Lose skin will return to normal after s while, sometimes it takes up to 2 years. But weight lifting will help.

The behavior of loose skin depends on age, genetics, and length of time one has been overweight. Rapid weight loss has nothing to do with it.

Really? Where did you get your medical or fitness degree from? There are going to be lots of people who disagree with you on this... let the flaming begin.
