Feeling Nauseated

After my workout this morning I walked at a fast pace for 30min , and ran the last 5min . of my workout ... I noticed I felt sick to my stomach , and started cramping up a bit . I drank a bottle of water pretty fast though ...

    Drinking water fast makes me feel the same way sometimes

    I wanted to drink slow but I was so dehydrated lol

    Have separate days for weight training and cardio, your body can only take so much in one day. If you start to feel sick or dizzy it usually means you have done too much!
