Hi there,

I am new to this message board but I have the main thing in common the rest of you do and that is that I am on a journey to better health and a slimmer body. I enjoy all the posts that I read and look forward to getting and giving encouragement to everyone.

    Welcome and good luck! I started in 2007 and then left for a while due to a crazy life. Now I'm back and really trying to keep up with my goals! The posts and support here are great!!! :happy:
