What is the best vitamins you should be taking while doing the low carb diet and exercise routine?

    Depends on the individual, but a good multi-vitamin is great for most.

    I already told you...multi vitamin and an Omega 3 Fish Oil. Plus I take the Women's Energy and Metabolism vitamin. I'm gonna resign as your coach since you no longer beleive a word I say unless you read it on MFP. LOL

    can't handle fish oil! every time i burp i taste it (eww!) i take one a day women's multivitamin petites (2 a day). the regular sized ones get stuck in my throat lol

    Good multi, omega 3 fish oil, and a calcium (calcium citrate - best absorption).

    There are lots of good Omega 3/DHA supplements that don't leave an aftertaste. I have only had one that caused the fish burp taste and I just started taking it at night until I used up that bottle.
