Can anyone recommend good cardio DVDs? I am looking for high intensity cardio such as kickboxing or something similar to insanity which I already have. I also do not want beginner DVDs or those where the instructors thank me for getting off the couch.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Tae Bo. You can preview some Tae Bo workouts on Collagevideo.com. You can buy Tae Bo workouts at Walmart, Target, etc. or at Collagevideo.com, Amazon.com, etc. Amazon.com tends to be cheaper online.0
