Hello all...my name is Eve and I am new to MFP. I am a married mom to 3 children aged 24, 20, and one going on 19 soon. I started a lifestyle change in january of this year and so far have been chugging along. I have had a few really bad days (like yesterday) but the way i see it is: I have been living this life for 47 years...3 months is not going to change me 100%. At least I'm on the right road now...and everyone is entitled to a bad day here and there. The difference is now i call it a bad day where as before it was just a normal day for me!! Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and say hello to everyone here!! :happy:
