want to start the 30 day body rock challenge...any one want to join me?

    They just started a new challenge for May. I just did the fit test they put out yesterday. Are you still doing body rock or would like to do the May with me?

    I love bodyrock!! I have started the May challenge today so done the fitness test and the body flow flexibility test. So will carry on and do it every day for May and see what happens!

    Annoying that we dont see the vids until a day late though

    Yeah that is kind of annoying. Luckily I started Day 1 on the 2nd so I'm a "day behind" so the next day they're already there! Good luck!

    I have just finished body flow for day 2. Am a bit nervous about the workout tomorrow though!
