So I haven't been losing weight as much as I like. I'm not sure if my cals are too low. Right now I'm at 1367 and I work out everyday an have not seen a difference. Is this too low or should I up it a little bit more?

Well, we don't really know anything about you, so we couldn't really say. How long have you been eating 1367 calories for? You have to give it some time to kick in.0

someone i am friends with on here has tried zig zagging calories http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm maybe you are not giving your body enough rest time?0
