    im so proud of that guy, and his progress
    and not just that.
    that he was able to do things, when no one believed him but one..

    you never know who you can touch, with saying, i believe in you.

    That was amazing! I love yoga. It's really an incredible aid in physical (and mental) awareness, growth, and repair.
