Hi everyone! I've been using MFP for awhile now, but I'm new to the whole 'community' aspect..from what I can tell, though, it seems super cool!
So, my question: After what seems like forever, I finally reached my goal weight of 130 lbs!! I've been considering trying to lose a few more pounds, maybe try to get down around 128?
I'm 5'8", so I'd love to know your goals if you're around my height/any advice or opinions you have! Thanks so much

I am also 5'8 - and I say that if you can do it,and stll be healthy then I say go for it. I set my goal that I have right now when I thought that it would be the lowest I could ever reach - only 10 or so pounds away from that goal and now that I realize how easy and fun it is I think that I might keep going.
If you're worried about if it will look ok or be healthy try consulting your doctor - that's what I am doing.

I agree... if you can lose more & still be healthy then it's fine. I'm 5'11" and weigh 168, my lowest as an adult. I'm working on 5 pounds at a time. I'm not under eating, I work out & even though I don't think I have much more to lose and it's coming off slower now... I know I look healthy...not gaunt or anything.

Not sure what you look like...but once I got pretty close to my goal weight...I started fine tubing my body. Maybe not focus on the number on the scale but the look in the mirror. Tone your arms or back of thigh, butt (these have been mine) So, I have a new focus...not weight loss but re sculpting my body.0
