I can only speak of my own experience. I can't say that everything will completely go away, but I've been working with weights and I can tell you that my upper arms have gotten smaller and firmer. There's still some flab when I hold my arms out straight, but I'm still working on it!

only if you exercise them to death...with weights.....target the triceps mostly and you should see a bit of a difference in a few weeks...

They will get smaller as you lose weight. Do push-ups. I can only do the girl push -ups but i have lost an inch off my arms.

Glad to hear there are some people having success with that. It is something I wondered myself. The two areas of my body I dislike the most are my upper arms and stomach! Even during the summer in Florida I tend to wear long sleeves.

Yes it does, but i think my arms is generally where i lose fat first. In fact, i know it is. Weights help a lot. Body weight exercises really really help such as tricep dips, chin ups (assisted works too), push ups,

The first place you gained it will be the last place you lose it..also you still have a considerable amount of weight left to lose, maybe it will be the last area to shrink and tone.
