1.1 kg/week is pushing it to be honest, unless you have a lot to lose.

Tell us more about yourself, and what sort of activity would fit into your life.

Actually it is healthy to lose 2 pounds per week so she's not asking for too much. Anything can be considered exercise really. Trying dancing! Get into zumba or even get the just dance game and have fun. You really burn a lot of calories doing that.

When you don't have a lot of weight to lose, then it is MUCH harder to lose larger amounts per week due to the deficit being WAY too low for most people. The OP only has about 26 lbs to lose, which should be no more then 1lb per week. As she gets closer, it will most likely drop to .5lb per week.

That's more than enough time to hit that goal. Just cut out the over eating/bad food and work out for 30 min to an hour most days, it'll fall right off.
  • So far what I've got planned is doing the couch 2 5k program, calisthenics, and yoga. It doesnt have to be exactly 10kg but somewhere near it would be fantastic.

I've also cut out (nearly) all junk food. Three days a week I have a milo bar for breakfast, because I only have about an hour between getting up and leaving my house, and then I'm in class all morning and I'm not supposed to eat there, plus it means I can't take food with me, so I buy veggie sushi from the campus shop.

Is there somewhere I can do zumba online?? Poor student = no money. And I live in the country with only a bus for transport, so I have to make my 5.15 bus otherwise I'll get stuck in town all night and have to sleep on a sofa at uni >:O
