    I'm trying to start running, have bee working on a interval training plan, but most of my weight has been lost just eating healthier, and enjoying my life! I currently eat 1350 cals plus exercise cals if possible.

    You must be WAY smaller framed than me. One of my legs would have to be amputated before I could hit 140!
